Privacy policy
Last updated November 2, 2026
Let's Roll (“we”, “us”) is run by LetsRoll. This policy explains what information we collect when you use LetsRollHQ.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions? Email privacy@letsrollhq.com.
What we collect
- Account details (everyone): first and last name, mobile number, email address and a password. Passwords are stored scrambled (hashed), so no one at Let's Roll can read them.
- Driver profiles: equipment, license type, years of experience, home base, kind of runs, availability, asking pay and anything you write in your bio.
- Company profiles: your USDOT number and the public FMCSA record that goes with it (legal name, MC number, operating status, city and state, number of trucks), plus your hiring preferences, company description and plan.
- What you post and send: job posts, direct messages, group chat messages, forum posts and replies, saved jobs and reports you file.
- Usage counts: how many times profiles and job posts are viewed.
- Technical basics: your IP address is used briefly to block abuse (like repeated login attempts). We don’t keep a log of the pages you visit.
We don’t ask for, and you shouldn’t post, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, bank details or medical records. Share those directly with a company only after you’ve confirmed it’s real.
How we use it
- To run your account, confirm your phone number and keep the site secure.
- To show your profile and posts to the right people and match drivers with jobs.
- To verify that companies are real, using public FMCSA records.
- To bill companies on paid plans.
- To enforce our community rules, including reviewing reported content.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t show ads or use advertising trackers.
Who can see what
- Drivers: only signed-in companies can see driver profiles, and they see your first name and last initial, not your full name. Your phone number and email are never shown to other users.
- Companies: company profiles and job posts are public, including the FMCSA details listed above.
- Messages: direct messages are visible to the two people in the conversation. Group messages and posts are visible to the group’s members, or to anyone who can view the group if it is public.
- Our team: site administrators can see account details and content to run the site, handle reports and stop abuse.
Services we share information with
- Twilio — receives your mobile number to text you sign-in and password-reset codes.
- FMCSA (U.S. DOT) — receives the USDOT number a company enters so we can look up its public record.
- Stripe — handles company payments. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. We share the company’s email and plan.
- Render — hosts the website and its database.
- Google Fonts — provides the lettering on the site; your browser contacts Google to load it, which shares your IP address with Google.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people’s safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business (in which case this policy would still apply to your information).
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in and one short-lived cookie to show on-screen confirmations. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it

- When you delete your account, your profile, job posts, messages, group posts and memberships are deleted right away. Groups you created are handed to another member.
- Copies may remain in backups for up to [30] days before they are overwritten. Payment records are kept by Stripe as the law requires.

Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, phone verification and limits on repeated attempts. No website is perfectly secure, so use a password you don’t use anywhere else.

Let's Roll is for adults 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we make important changes, we’ll post the new version here and tell signed-in users on the site.
